1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that contains profanity, hate speech, offensive imagery, or any content that we consider inappropriate. If an order is canceled for these reasons, a full refund will be issued.

2. Payments & Security

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe). We do not store your credit card details or personal financial information on our servers.

3. Production & Delivery

Once your order is approved, we will begin production based on the product details you selected. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and shipping conditions.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders canceled due to a violation of our content policy (such as profanity or inappropriate designs) will be refunded in full.

For all other orders, all sales are final. Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges

 

In the event a refund is issued, please note that it may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
• The design you provide or request does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• You agree not to submit any offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
